Are you members of ABTA?

Yes. Our ABTA number is P7557.


I need to contact the foreign office, how do I do this?

You can visit The Foreign office's website at this address www.fco.gov.uk . Alternatively you can call them directly on 020 7008 1500.


Can I book my holiday package online?

Yes. You can book your accommodation and transport using our online search engine. For packages with car hire please call us. We have a fantastic, knowledgeable team ready to take your call should you wish to discuss any aspect of the booking process.


Are my card details safe if I book online?

MagicBreaks have the latest encryption techniques to ensure your payment details are protected. All online transactions are kept secure from unauthorised access for complete peace of mind.


Can I book a group with MagicBreaks?

Yes, of course. We will be happy to provide you with a competitive quote for any group enquiries. It is best if you give us a call for any group enquiries as we may offer you a better rate over the phone.


Do I need travel insurance?

Travel Insurance is highly recommended - especially in America where treatment for even a minor injury can cost thousands of pounds. You can purchase travel insurance with MagicBreaks when you book your holiday and we offer very competitive prices.


Do I need a passport?

Yes, for any travel outside of the United Kingdom you will need to take your passport with you. Please remember to check that it is in date prior to booking your holiday, if it isn't, allow yourself plenty of time to get it renewed. When travelling to America you will need at least 6 months validity from your return date.


How can I pay for my holiday?

When making a reservation you will need to have a current debit, credit or charge card. We are happy to accept most Debit/Credit cards. The debit will be automatically deducted from your bank account. Please ask for full details.


Will I need to pay a Resort Fee on arrival?

It is up to the hotel/resort that you are staying with on whether or not a Resort Fee will apply on arrival. Resort Fees vary on price per day and some resorts will have no fees to pay on arrival at all! It is important to check whether the hotel/resort you will be staying at will have these costs to pay on arrival to avoid any surprise payments. Disney Resorts have no fees on arrival!


Will I need to take different currency with me to America?

The currency in America is US dollars. These are widely available to purchase in advance of your trip in travel agents, post offices or online.


Do I need to arrange for any vaccinations?

It is worthwhile checking with your doctor before any trip whether you require any vaccinations, they will be able to give you up to date advice.


Can I fly whilst pregnant?

Airlines have restrictions when you reach a certain number of weeks into your pregnancy. You also need to be mindful that travel insurance companies generally will not cover you when you are over 28 weeks of pregnancy. For more information please give us a call.


What happens if I'm not happy with an aspect of my holiday whilst in resort?

If you have a complaint, please make sure you report it to your hotel/accommodation manager as they may be able to rectify the situation. If they cannot, please ask them for a complaint form. If you wish to follow up your complaint on your return please email customerexperience@magicbreaks.co.uk and we can investigate it for you.
