What options do I have if I want to stay at a Disney Resort Hotel?
There are more than 25 hotels and villas to choose from ranging from the budget Value resorts to luxurious Deluxe resorts. There is something for all tastes and budgets.
What are the Disney Resort check in and out times?
The check-in time is 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas, 1:00 PM for The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and 3:00 PM for the other Disney Resort hotels. The check-out time is 11:00 AM.
How does Online Check-in work?
When you use Online Check-In, you provide us in advance of your arrival with the information that we typically collect at the Front Desk during the standard check-in process.
If you successfully completed the online check-in process, you can then go directly to your Disney Resort hotel room using a MagicBand to unlock the door. If you don't have one, Key to the World Cards are available at the front desk.
Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using Online Check-In on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.
What time can I enter the park on my arrival day?
When you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel to check-in you will be provided with any theme park tickets that are included in your package, even if it is before the standard check-in time. You are then free to head straight into the parks and your luggage will be stored securely.
Is parking included at my Disney Resort hotel?
Guests residing in the UK and Ireland will be charged for overnight resort parking.
The standard overnight self-parking charges per resort category are:
Disney Value Resorts: $15 per night
Disney Moderate Resorts: $20 per night
Disney Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts: $25 per night
Will I need to pay a Resort Fee on arrival?
One of the benefits with staying at a Disney Resort is that there are no fees on arrival!
I have booked a package and paid my deposit, will the balance be taken from my card automatically?
No. Please either call us any time you want to make a payment or use the Manage My Booking tool on our website.
How can I amend my Disney Resort hotel package?
You can do so by calling us on 0330 880 5010.
Do Walt Disney World Resorts provide transportation to other theme parks such as Universal or Discovery Cove?
No. If you wish to visit other theme parks, we can arrange car hire for you or your hotel concierge can arrange a taxi.
What form of identification do I need to provide to enable me to check into a resort hotel?
A valid form of photo ID is required. As you will ordinarily be travelling with your passport, this is sufficient.
Can I smoke at Disney Resort Hotels?
All Disney Resort hotels offer a smoke free environment. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms. There are designated smoking locations at each resort hotel. Please ask when checking into your hotel where these are located.
