My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. I especially want to highlight the receptionist Mahmoud – he was extremely flexible, helpful, and always friendly. Thanks to his great service, I felt very comfortable. I can highly recommend this hotel!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Dubai - the facilities were nice, the gym well equipped and everything was clean and comfortable. But the real highlight was Rakib, the lifeguard at the pool. He’s an absolute legend! Always friendly, smiling, and going out of his way to help, he was a constant source of happiness during my stay. His exceptional service made the experience truly memorable. The housekeeping boys were also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The hotel was well-equipped. Unfortunately, the extra bed in the room was a bit hard. However, the staff still tried their best to make it more comfortable. The room cleaner, Daniel, was very kind and put in a lot of effort. He was always very open, helpful, and friendly. The food at the hotel was also very good every day. There was a breakfast buffet that should satisfy everyone. There were always various food options, very diverse. Since the hotel is within walking distance of the metro, it was easy to get to the city center quickly. What also impressed us was the shuttle service the hotel offered. This allowed us to get to the beach or different malls for free.

Value for money assured. Located near metro station and buses. Sorrounded by some nice shops, coffee bars and mini markets. Nice breakfast offering. Small pool at the roof top, didn't try it, but looks nice, also the gym and the saunas.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Dubai! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the metro station, which makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. It's also close to the city center, so you're never far from the best attractions and shopping. The staff really made the experience stand out. Tamer at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Rakib, the lifeguard by the pool, was also amazing—always attentive, kind, and willing to assist with anything, from poolside requests to local tips. Overall, the combination of a prime location and excellent service made this a memorable stay. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai!
