Disneyland Paris Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

16th July 2020

To provide guests with maximum flexibility, new modification and cancellation conditions are now available. The Disneyland® Paris zen guarantee currently gives you the option to modify or cancel your booking up to 7 days before travel, without charges! (Please note that free cancellation doesn't apply to transport booked with MagicBreaks).

At the time of your visit, some experiences, shows or events may not be available or may be modified depending on the safety measures. We suggest you regularly check our website for news and updates to programs and events.



6th May 2020

Disneyland® Paris have today announced that if you are booked to travel from 15th July onward, your booking is confirmed. We will contact all customers who are booked to travel between 1st June – 14th July 2020 in departure date order to discuss their options

 

To give you greater flexibility, Disneyland® Paris has made temporary adjustments to their terms and conditions.

 

Hotel Booking

• If you are due to travel between now and 14th July 2020 you can amend to a new date of arrival up to 30th September 2020 without fees.

• If you are due to travel between now and 14th July 2020 you can amend to a new date of travel 1st October 2020 onwards and pay any increase in cost.

• If you hold a reservation for a Disneyland Paris holiday while the Parks are closed, you are entitled to receive a voucher valid for 18 months for the full amount of payment already made for your booking or a refund.    

Hotel Booking at Disney’s Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel

For guests booked to arrive up to 31st October 2020

Due to the current situation, the construction for Disney’s Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel is temporarily on hold.  Whilst a new opening date has not been announced you can benefit from the following.

• If you are due to travel between now and 31st October 2020 you can amend to a different hotel.

• Or you can receive a voucher valid for 18 months for the full amount of payment already made for your booking or a refund.

For future holidays at Disneyland® Paris with an arrival starting 15 July 2020 or after: 

The Disney® Hotels will reopen in phases, beginning with the Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel on 15 July 2020. If you have a stay booked at Disney’s Newport Bay Club Hotel to arrive on or after this date, your holiday package is confirmed. 

Disney’s Sequoia Lodge and Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch will remain closed during the summer with reopening dates announced at a later time.  

 

If the Hotel you booked is not open on your arrival date, we offer 3 options: 

• Maintain your arrival date and move your booking into an alternative hotel:

We are happy to offer an equivalent or superior hotel category without paying a supplement.  In the case of customers staying at the Disneyland® Hotel, as there is not another Disney® Hotel with equivalent category, we propose to rebook you at Disney’s Newport Bay Club and will refund the difference in package price between the two hotels.

 

• Maintain your booking in your original hotel and move it to a later date:
-
We are happy to move your booking to an arrival up to 15 October 2020 (subject to availability) without incurring additional fees, amending to a later date will incur additional cost.  

 

• Cancel your booking without fees and receive a refund on your accommodation and park tickets

Disney Cruise Line Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

 

22nd June 2020

 

In line with direction from health experts and government officials, Disney Cruise Line has cancelled all sailings departing up to 30th September 2020, and all Disney Magic sailings up to 3rd October 2020.

 

Guests who wish to postpone their sailing date can do so by up to 15 months from their original sail date. Guests will now receive an additional future cruise credit equal to 25% of their original voyage fare to use toward the reservation modified. Once your modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to your shipboard account as onboard credit. 

 

If your circumstances have changed and you would now like to cancel your reservation, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare paid.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

 

12th June 2020

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have released the following updated policy:

As a result of physical distancing, capacity in restaurants and availability of dining experiences is very limited and certain experiences such as Character dining cannot be provided. Because of this, we have also made the difficult decision to cancel and temporarily no longer offer Disney Dining plans. We recognise the inconvenience this poses and we’re deeply sorry.
 
As a result of these changes we have various options available to you, we encourage you to read the below information thoroughly to make a decision based on what is best for you. You may select one of the following options and advise us of your choice by 27 June 2020:

 

1. Accept the changes to the booking and travel as planned
If you wish to accept the revised booking without the Free or upgraded Dine Plan and at the discounted price, you will receive a refund of the difference in booking price if you have already paid in full, or a reduction in the balance due if you have not yet made final payment.

2. Decline the changes and cancel the booking
If you wish to decline the changes and cancel the booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.

3. Move the booking to a date in 2021
You have the option to modify the booking to a date in 2021 at no amendment fee, subject to availability and at the prevailing 2021 rate.
